Your privacy and confidentiality are respected and will not go beyond the session with two exceptions;
We are required to report the following;
- Abuse or neglect of elderly, children or those unable to care for self.
- Disclosure of potential harm to self or others.
Prep: Prior to our session you will be asked for some basic information.
— On Line: Connect using the provided link (Teams/Zoom…) and we will use a private room to chat.
— In Person: We will meet in an area to be able to chat away from distractions.
** If you can not make the meeting time, please let us know to reschedule. After 15 minutes the meeting time will be closed.
** COVID: In compliance with CDC recommendations: sanitation, spacing and masks will be practiced during the in-person sessions.
We will be asking/reviewing some basic information before each session. This insures we are meeting your needs and your expectations.
This is an opportunity to share your questions and concerns for the time that has past from last session.
We will take time to pray and lift up your prayer concerns.
During the first meeting: We will take some time to walk through an overview of Biblical Counseling and get to know each other.
Together we will review your information to develop a direction for discussion.
In this first session our discussion will be more general. We do ask you to let us know if you are uncomfortable.
The sessions are not formalized and are flexible. It is fine to ask questions, take notes or stop to discuss something bothering you.
We are here to walk alongside you through this season.
** This is a general framework subject to change as your need requires and God’s Spirit leads us.

- Review prior week activity, assignments and celebrate progress.
- Move on into this week’s discussion.
- Set and agree on this weeks goals.

Christian Biblical counseling and coaching does not require licensing. This does not mean coaches and counselors have not completed training and hold certifications.
